Supporting employees following a critical incident
Anchorpoint service
Training & Workshops
Practical training for difficult situations at work.
Overview
Training at Anchorpoint.
Managers and teams are often expected to respond confidently when someone is distressed, a colleague has died, a difficult conversation cannot be avoided or working relationships are under pressure. Many have had little preparation for these moments.
Anchorpoint’s training grows from real experience of supporting people and organisations through these situations. Sessions are practical, engaging and psychologically informed, helping participants develop skills they can use immediately without asking managers to become therapists.
