The business case for early support

Why early, appropriate support after a difficult workplace event is not just the right thing to do. It is a considered organisational decision.

Supporting people following a difficult or traumatic workplace event is the right thing to do, but there is a strong organisational case too. Early, appropriate support can help reduce the longer-term impact on absence, productivity and retention, while supporting managers and helping organisations meet their responsibilities to their people.

A short, evidence-based briefing is in preparation. In the meantime, if you would like to talk through what appropriate early support could look like for your organisation, please get in touch.
